We gladly accept returns on any item that arrives damaged or does not meet the standards listed in our product descriptions. You must message us to get an authorization before returning anything. You have 15 days to return or refund an item from the date you received it.
Below are the detailed instructions on how to process a return or exchange. The policy begins from the date of purchase. Please see whether either of these pertain to you, and if the item(s) are covered by our 15 days Return Policy.

(Customer is responsible for return postage fees, and replacement postage fees. dprofy does not refund any shipping fees.)
You chose the wrong item.
Personal Reasons due to changed mind, personal taste, etc.
The following reasons are NOT covered by our 15 days return policy, and we are not liable for these issues.
Products are damaged by misuse, mishandling, or poor maintenance as stated in our 15 days FULL COVERAGE Return/Exchange Policy section.
Defective Product and Returns Due to Our Error
If there are mistakes with your order, or products arrive defective/damaged at the time of receipt, we’ll make it right by:
- Sending you replacement parts or accessories
- Replacing the product
- Issue a refund
- And we’ll also cover the cost of any return shipping
- If the product is not defective, return shipping fees will apply.
How Does dprofy handle International Refunds
We thoroughly inspect all items when they arrive at our returns facility. We will refund the full cost of the merchandise and all original shipping charges if your return is a result of our error or a defective product.
If the return is not a result of our error, we will refund the cost of the merchandise minus the original shipping charge, insurance,
Clearance fee and return shipping fees.
You will receive a refund processed at the exchange rate effective at the time of purchase, including any customs, tariffs, and taxes on the order. We will issue your refund to the form of payment within 5 - 7 business days after the package arrives at our facility.
Once we issue your credit, we send you an email with your refund details. Depending on your bank or credit card company, it may take up to 5 additional business days for processing. If you have any questions or concerns about credit posting, please contact your financial institution.
