
Wrong Knee Move-Lost Power
During your backswing,your right knee should move over your right foot,but stay inside it-no swaying outward.
Let your hips rotate,but keep the right knee stable,inside the foot line.
For a drill,stand one arm’s length away from a wall.Hold a practice ball and do a slow backswing,if you touch the wall,your knee stayed centered.
This drill will help you generate more power,and prevent lateral sway.
If your knee sways outward,you won’t reach the wall.
