Any movement whether it’s a golf swing or that’s even just running or moving around,you have to the floor as your base to push of which is going to move your body,imagine if I was in space,I have no connection to the floor,I wouldn’t be able in,because I’ve got nothing to push off the way I move,my body in any direction is by pushing the floor in the opposite direction,my body to the left very quickly,push the floor right which sends me to the left,about how our body needs to move in a golf swing,on my downswing,I wanna move my right leg towards the target,and I wanna move my left leg behind me.
Almost at the same if my right leg towards the target,I’m gonna have,I’m pushing the floor with my right foot to the right of me,that’s gonna my right hip towards the target.then if I want to push my left leg behind,to feel like I’m pushing into the floor and slightly forward that’s gonna push my left leg behind me.
If I combine those two pushes,that is gonna start spinning my hips very,so we’re not just to the top swing and just turning,that’s gonna cause a lot of,we are using the floor pushing the floor to turn our body,that’s gonna sequence us more speed.which will then give us a better golf swing.
