
Early Extension
So the golfers out there that are early extending,where the bum is moving towards the golf ball on the downswing,this is happening because you don’t have enough hip,the hips are just extending without turning.
But to get some more hip turn there’s an idea,you are gonna feel like your right foot,your right leg is pushing the floor to your right,by pushing the floor to your right,it’s gonna send the right hip towards the target,if the right hip is moving towards the target,the left hip is moving away from the ball,this is gonna give the club more space to move in more space to hit the ball,if the hips are moving towards the ball,you’ve now not got any space.So downswing I’m just feeling like.
I’m pushing the floor to the right with my right foot and that’s gonna stop me extending and give me some more turn.
